We have close links with local veterinary practices and reserve the right to request a full medical examination if we think your cat is ill while in our care (please see full terms and conditions). However, it is an advantage, especially if your cat has an established medical condition, to contact your regular veterinary surgeon with any concerns, as they will keep details of any relevant past medical history. .
